Meet Dr. Alexander
Seeing Patients in our Alabama office and performing Cosmetic Procedures at our GA office.
Dr. Alexander earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Georgia and her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine. Following her unwavering passion for dermatology, Dr. Alexander completed her residency program at East Carolina University, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience.
She specializes in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, offering a comprehensive range of services to patients of all ages. Dr. Alexander has been proudly serving her hometown of Donalsonville, GA, since 2008, and in 2022, she expanded her practice to Dothan, AL, to better serve the Wiregrass community.
Outside her medical practice, Dr. Alexander finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She’s a loving spouse and mother of five wonderful children. In her spare moments, she enjoys the thrill of travel, opportunities for culinary exploration at new restaurants, attending music concerts, staying active through running, and cherishing quality time with her family.

Sydney brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for skincare to our team. With her educational background in Latin American Studies/Spanish and a minor in Nutrition and Dietetics from Samford University, she has a unique perspective on holistic health. Following this, she furthered her education with a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB).
Sydney’s true passion lies in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, from skin cancer to acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, sensitive skin/eczema, urticaria, psoriasis, and more.
